Background:
EPID quality assurance (QA) workflows remain largely manual and are difficult to standardise across treatment machines. This limits efficiency, increases operator dependency, and complicates consistent reporting and data sharing between systems.
Materials And Methods:
We integrated Pylinac image analysis into QATrack+ and adopted an API-oriented publication model to enable structured data export and interoperability.
Results:
EPID images from an Elekta Versa HD (6-18 MV) were analysed for field size, flatness, symmetry, and MLC Picket Fence metrics, showing close agreement with reference measurements.
Conclusions:
This workflow supports standardised, automated, and interoperable EPID QA reporting.
