Abstract:
We present an aptamer-gated exonuclease signal amplification (AGESA) strategy decoupling target recognition from DNAzyme activation to overcome background limitations, enabling selective detection of platelet-derived growth factor BB in urine and unlocking the DNAzyme repertoire for protein biomarkers.
