[Analysis of occupational stress prevention and intervention strategies]
Abstract:
With the increasing complexity of the work environment and intensifying competitive pressure, occupational stress has become one of the important factors affecting workers' health and organizational effectiveness. Systematically summarizing occupational stress prevention and intervention methods helps to integrate current research findings and practical experience, identify key elements and research gaps in intervention strategies, and provide theoretical support for the research and formulation of future intervention methods. This paper systematically compares the differences in occupational stress prevention and intervention measures among countries at different economic development levels, and reveals that the concept of occupational stress prevention and intervention has gradually shifted from individual-centered to multi-level comprehensive governance, and there are obvious differences in intervention priorities, implementation paths and resource allocation among countries at different economic development levels. This paper explores and constructs a multi-level comprehensive intervention strategy for occupational stress to achieve health equity.
