Test-Retest Reliability and Reproducibility of Executive Function Measures in Community-Dwelling Older Women

The goal of the study was to assess the five-day test-retest reliability and reproducibility of measures from the Stroop Word Color Test (SWCT), the computerized Corsi Block-Tapping Test (CBTT), and the Trail Making Test - version B (TMT-B) using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and concordance correlation coefficient (CCC). Coefficients ranging from good to excellent were found in the SWCT (congruent condition: ICC=0.90, CCC=0.81; incongruent condition: ICC=0.91, CCC=0.82) and in the execution time of the TMT-B (ICC=0.87, CCC=0.78). In CBTT, the analyses showed moderate correlation coefficients (number of trials: ICC=0.48, CCC=0.31; simple score: ICC=0.56, CCC=0.38; composite score: ICC=0.47, CCC=0.30).
