Abstract:
A crown ether with a pronounced ability to coordinate with metal ions was incorporated into a perovskite precursor, ultimately releasing the residual stress of the film and suppressing defects. The optimized devices achieved efficiencies of 25.33% and 22.46% (for the 1.68 eV wide-bandgap device), respectively, with the former retaining ∼80% of its initial efficiency after aging for ∼1400 hours.
