Abstract:
Cardiovascular team (CVT) members serve a vital role in clinical care, quality improvement, research, and education, generating valuable insights that can advance cardiovascular practice through scholarly dissemination. Despite these contributions, many CVT members remain underrepresented as authors and peer reviewers. This article provides a practical roadmap to publication and peer review, offering strategies to help CVT members transform everyday clinical expertise into meaningful scholarly contributions.
