Abstract:
Conservative management of horizontal root fractures can yield predictable healing when diagnosis is prompt and splinted. Endodontic therapy limited to the coronal fragment, combined with bioactive materials such as MTA, supports hard-tissue repair and long-term tooth preservation, offering a functional and esthetic alternative to extraction.
