Abstract:
Chlorantraniliprole poisoning is rarely reported in humans. A 25-year-old man developed sinus bradycardia and first-degree atrioventricular block after ingesting a chlorantraniliprole 18.5% suspension concentrate formulation. Laboratory investigations were unremarkable, and ECG abnormalities resolved within 72 h with supportive care. ECG monitoring may be warranted in similar presentations.
