Abstract:
A target-sensitive FRET aptasensor platform is reported for ochratoxin A (OTA) detection. The intrinsic emission of OTA serves as the FRET donor to an internal fluorescent merocyanine nucleobase FRET acceptor. The platform achieves low nanomolar sensitivity and high selectivity over the nonchlorinated ochratoxin B (OTB) through binding-generated FRET readout.
