Abstract:
Multimodal imaging enables risk-adapted early melanoma diagnosis by integrating dermoscopy, OCT, in vivo RCM, ex vivo RCM, and LC-OCT. These technologies provide complementary architectural, cellular, and perioperative information, supporting improved diagnostic precision while reducing unnecessary excisions in equivocal melanocytic lesions.
