Abstract:
A novel chiral ferrocenyl P,Se-ligand has been prepared through an efficient and simple operation. This ligand can be successfully applied in the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of imino esters with N-phenylmaleimide and Pd-catalyzed allylic substitution of C- and O-nucleophiles, producing a diverse range of products with high yields and enantioselectivities (up to 96% yield and 95% ee).
