Abstract:
Neurotechnology governance is entering an operational turn, driven by the need to move beyond the articulation of ethical principles and to translate them into heterogeneous real-world settings through institutional capacity-building, regulatory fit, and coordination. This shift also concerns the conditions under which beneficial neurotechnology applications can emerge and scale responsibly.
