Abstract:
An Al(OH)(1,4-ndc)-based d-SPE coupled with UHPLC-MS/MS method was developed to quantify five emerging plasticizers in prepared dishes, achieving LOQs of 0.24-3.41 µg L-1 and recoveries of 77.0-99.0%. Real-sample analysis revealed matrix-dependent contamination, with high-fat dishes exhibiting significantly higher plasticizer levels than low-fat counterparts.
