Abstract:
In this issue of Molecular Cell, Andrews and Bass1 introduce dsRNAscan: a computational method uncovering putative dsRNA-forming sequences in the human genome hidden from traditional dsRNA-identifying methods. Using this tool, they build the Human dsRNAome Resource, a database where users can analyze the human dsRNAome.
