Abstract:
Reproductive health is a priority area of public health policy; systematic mapping of international scientific discourse on this topic is needed to identify research gaps and to inform the domestic research agenda. A bibliometric analysis of 6,788 publications indexed in Scopus (2015-2026) was performed. Co-occurrence analysis of keywords, co-authorship network analysis, and co-citation analysis were applied; data processing was conducted using Python 3.12 (NetworkX 3.3, Matplotlib 3.9). A steady growth trend in publication activity was identified (CAGR = 9.1% for 2015-2025). A five-cluster thematic structure was identified: «Reproductive health services and their accessibility», «Maternal and neonatal health», «Adolescent reproductive health», «Policy and rights in sexual and reproductive health», and «Digital health». The largest publication contribution belongs to researchers from the USA (27.1%), the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. A rapid growth in research activity in Sub-Saharan African countries (+187%) was noted. The most dynamically developing directions are «Policy and SRHR rights» (+112%) and «Digital health» (+186%).
