1Research Institute for Healthcare Organization and Medical Management of Moscow Healthcare Department, 115088, Moscow, Russia.
Abstract:
The active development of domestic medicine, digitalization and automation, the introduction of innovative hardware and software tools and solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies determines modern trends and approaches to management in Russian healthcare. Today, federal, regional and local medical information systems are being actively implemented, which are radically changing approaches to the management of a medical organization. The purpose of the study is to propose approaches to determining the degree of influence of modern digitalization processes and the introduction of AI solutions on the organization of management and labor productivity of medical workers. To achieve this goal, various modern analytical techniques and approaches were used: for the analysis of secondary sources, content analysis, logical and systematic approaches, for obtaining primary information, the method of expert assessments. Based on the developed tools for interviewing experts, an algorithm for determining the ROI indicator in the implementation/use of digital and AI solutions (taking into account employee KPI) in the activities of medical organizations is proposed. The results of the study can become the basis for making informed decisions in personnel management, in the management of Russian healthcare, taking into account modern socio-economic challenges and strategic tasks facing the country.
