Abstract:
R-loop is ubiquitous in the mammalian genome and essential for many biological processes. Here, we present a method named RIAN-seq for R-loop detection. RIAN-seq outperforms other current R-loop-mapping methods in resolution, signal-to-noise ratio, and sequencing depth. From cell collection to sequencing library generation, RIAN-seq only requires 5 h and no specialized skills.
