The postoperative myelogram

Myelographic changes after spinal operation are often difficult to interpret especially with regard to the differentiation between arachnoiditis and recurrent disc prolapse. The radiological appearances using iophendylate (Myodil) and the distinguishing features are discussed and illustrated.
