    Background:

    • Cutaneous manifestations of lymphatic fluid reflux are underrepresented in dermatologic literature.

    Observation:

    • A case study detailing a patient with cutaneous lesions secondary to lymphatic fluid and chyle reflux.
    • Clinical presentation, histopathologic findings, and lymphangiographic results were documented.

    Findings:

    • The patient presented with specific skin lesions resulting from lymphatic abnormalities.
    • Histopathology confirmed lymphatic fluid and chyle involvement in the cutaneous lesions.

    Implications:

    • Highlights the importance of recognizing and diagnosing cutaneous lesions associated with lymphatic reflux.
    • Contributes to a better understanding of lymphedema and its dermatologic sequelae.
