Acute and subchronic kidney injuries in mice induced by diphenylamine (DPA)
Abstract:
Adult and female mice were fed with diphenylamine by oral gavage. Mice of both sexes showed up with kidney injuries involving tubuli and some glomeruli. RE-cells in livers of both sexes were activated with content of yellowish-brown pigment.
