Muscular microcirculation in diabetic microangiopathy (histangiopathy): new morphohistochemical aspects

The A.A. describe the pathological alterations of the blood flow regulatory mechanisms (blocking devices, "Sperrarterien"), systematically found in muscle biopsies of diabetic patients. The functional significance of these structure in normal and pathological conditions, as microangiopathic diabetics, is emphasized.
