Abstract:
The Authors have studied the pharmacologic effect of glucuronil-glucose-amino-glycan sulphate on experimental vasculopathy induced by etherologue serum and by dislipidemic diet. After discussion of data they conclude the 3GS is of any helpful in third phase of the process in etherologue serum induced vasculopathy. In the case of diet induced vasculopathy is clearly demonstrated the protective effect of this drug upon the endothelial structure.
