Synthesis and physico-chemical parameters (pKa, partition coefficient, permeability coefficient, critical micelle concentration, surface pressure, etc.) of 4-[4-chloro-N-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-benzamido]-butyric acid (clanobutin) are described.
