[Dangers of ocusert therapy (author's transl)]

According to many publications, patients who wear Ocusert often loosed their medicamental pocket. We observed a case, who developed an acute angle-block-glaucoma. This was a reason for us, to represent the dangers of Ocusert-therapy. A glaucoma with narrow angle of the anterior chamber should be regarded as a contraindication.
