Abstract:
In patients with essential hypertension, a variation in the plasma proteins was revealed by high-resolution sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This variation in plasma protein was not found in patients with hypertension secondary to renovascular or renal parenchymal disease.
