Abstract:
The approach to treatment of Parkinson's disease depends on the severity of symptoms at presentation and the response to previous therapy. The pharmacotherapy of Parkinson's disease is discussed with respect to management of cardinal symptoms, management of associated features, and future directions for therapy.
