Cytometry
|May 1, 1981
Abstract:
A method of preparation and flow cytometric analysis of chromosomes from human peripheral lymphocytes is described. The procedure allows a resolution coefficient of variation better than 3% using propidium iodide staining and a commercially available flow cytometer.
