The healing process in African psychotherapy

Some orientations in African psychotherapy were examined. The holistic concept in a therapeutic context and the community network approach to treatment are discussed. The paper presents the individual in African psychotherapy as one whose disease causality and healing process are inextricably linked with the supernatural.
