    Purpose of the Study:

    • Intellectual disabilities are associated with significant alterations in sleep architecture, particularly reduced paradoxical sleep.
    • Differences in sleep patterns may reflect underlying neurological variations in individuals with intellectual disabilities.
    • Further research is warranted to explore the implications of these sleep differences on cognitive function and overall health.
