    Summary

    Laparoscopy accurately locates nonpalpable testes in young males, aiding surgical planning. This minimally invasive technique may even prevent unnecessary surgical exploration for undescended testes.

    • Laparoscopy revealed unilateral anorchia in one patient, confirming its diagnostic utility.
