Abstract:
CRH is now well established. Theorical study shows arterial and tubulary changes after nephrectomy. These studies show also the mechanism of CRH: the presence of a growth inhibiting substance and also the presence of stimulating agents transmitted humorally for stimulating and inhibiting substance to be able to act in a coordinated way. There must be a negative feed back control mechanism. Clinical application of thoses findings are very important.
