Abstract:
Paget's disease of the breast often presents with an underlying palpable breast mass. However, the absence of an underlying mass at the time of diagnosis is associated with improved survival rates. A case is presented emphasizing the importance of careful clinical and biopsy examination when the disorder presents with subtle clinical findings.
