    Summary

    Hepatobiliary adenocarcinomas, including cholangiocarcinoma and bile duct cystadenocarcinoma, were identified in 24 primary hepatic neoplasms. Most cases showed distant metastasis, highlighting the aggressive nature of these liver cancers.
