[Immunologically agranulocytosis after ajmaline administration (author's transl)]

The reversible ajmaline induced agranulocytosis is considered as the result of an immunologically mediated destruction. Striking results of leukocyte agglutination test has been observed in the reported case. They suggest that the granulocytic factor involved in this reaction could be in some cases, differentiation membranous antigens. These ones, located on the granulocytic precursors would be detected only during the granulocytic regeneration period.
