[Bladder contraction. Physiopathology, therapeutic effects. I. The bladder muscle. Structure. Electrical properties.
Abstract:
The author undertakes an overall study of the phenomenon of bladder contraction, attempting to place it in the context of normal micturition. It starts with a study of the structure of the vesical muscle (muscle cells, intercellular links, contractiel structure, intramural nerve structure), followed by study of the electrical properties of the vesical muscle and finally extrinsic regulation of bladder contraction. The only possible way to analyse such a long text is to give its plan.
