Abstract:
In patch clamp study of the plasma membrane of the frog (Rana temporaria) retinal rod the anion channels uniformly distributed on the cell surface (0.1 channels micron-2) with the open state conductance (0.1 M NaCl) 200 +/- 30 p omega-1 were revealed.
