[Possible use of television image analysis for measuring the volume and surface area of irregularly shaped nuclei]

A use of the TV image for measuring volumes and squares of blood cell nuclei irregular in shape is considered. The linear correspondence has been detected between the volumetric-spatial structure of the object and the shape of the respective video-signal, this correspondence being mathematically proved. The measuring of parametres of video-signal may be informative of the object's shape.
