The Journal of Urology
|March 1, 1978
Abstract:
Three cases of traumatic partial or complete posterior urethral rupture and subsequent stricture are reported. Treatment consisted of early suprapubic cystostomy, with/or without concomitant primary realignment of the urethra over a catheter, followed by urethral dilations and internal urethrotomy when indicated. Followup of 4 or more years showed excellent results.
