[Gastric neoplasm associated with pancreatic cystadenoma]

Abstract:
A case of juxtacardial gastric neoplasm, associated with pancreatic cystadenoma is reported. This rare, benign cystic formation of the pancreas is sometimes associated with synchronous or metachronous neoplasia of the gastrointestinal tract. Simple enucleation of the cystadenomas was followed by an uneventful clinical evolution.
