[A case report of asynchronous bilateral non-specific segmental ureteritis]

A case of asynchronous bilateral non-specific segmental ureteritis is presented. The preoperative evaluations for this lesion were considered extremely important, because the radiological and operative findings of this disease are similar to those of ureteral cancer. This lesion has the possibility of multiplicity, especially bilateral occurrence. Conservative management of the kidney should be performed.
