Abstract:
A case of bilateral inflammatory carcinoma of the breast in a man is described. The superficial dermal lymphatics were invaded by the malignancy producing edema and vascular congestion of the upper dermis. This hyperemia produces the clinical appearance of an inflammatory reaction.
