    Background:

    • Aural fistula is a congenital external ear deformity, more prevalent in Oriental populations.
    • Infected aural fistulas present a challenge due to limited data on causative microorganisms, complicating chemotherapy selection.

    • To identify microorganisms involved in infected aural fistulas.
