Abstract:
A case of bilateral testicular infarction without spermatic torsion in a 39-year-old man is presented. Eighty cases of testicular infarct or necrosis, including this case, have been reviewed in the Japanese literature and the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of this disease are discussed.
