[Sertoli-cell-only-syndrome. Histology and pathogenesis]

Sertoli-cell-only syndrome involves a complete loss of germinal epithelium in testicular tubules, leading to aspermia. Histological examination of 53 cases revealed similar patterns, suggesting varying degrees of testicular destruction rather than distinct etiologies.
