[Tympanometry under nitrous oxide anesthesia in cases of seromucous otitis]

The effect of N2O on 41 ears suspicious of seromucoid otitis media is analysed and seems to be without action on important effusion. Tympanometry remains a first-rate test in order to follow the evolution of the disease.
