Potentiation of the antibody induced platelet aggregation in vitro
The combined addition of a heterologous anti-human C1q serum and an anti-IgG-L-chain (kappa) serum to only once washed human platelets potentiates their aggregation in vitro in comparison to the effect of the same antisera alone. The biological significance of this process is discussed.
