Abstract:
The Authors through a set of questions have studied some qualitative and quantitative aspects of the sleep of 24 older than 80 patients. These results put in evidence that all the examined longevous people in the whole life, have gone to bed early in the night. Some particular habits in the sleep could be included among the environmental factors useful to a long life.
