    Summary

    Triple antibiotic combinations demonstrated greater synergy against Pseudomonas maltophilia than double combinations. Even adding a resistant antibiotic improved efficacy, suggesting multicomponent therapy for resistant infections.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the synergistic effects of triple versus double antibiotic combinations against Pseudomonas maltophilia isolates.

    • An abbreviated checkerboard method was employed to test antibiotic combinations.
