[Recent information on glutathione-S-transferases and ligandin in animals and man]

Recent developments in the study of glutathione-S-transferase and ligandine show the central role of GSH-transferase activity in pathological organs and processes. The data are a coherent indication of the effort to define the pharmacological significance of this enzyme group from the biochemical and kinetic point of view.
