    A rare congenital anomaly, Triorchidism (three testicles), was identified in a man with hypospadias and inguinal hernia. This condition should be considered in cases of suspected male genital tract tumors.

    • A 44-year-old male presented with hypospadias and recurrent inguinal hernia.
    • During clinical examination, an intrascrotal mass was palpated.

    Findings:

    • The intrascrotal mass was diagnosed as a supernumerary testicle, indicating Triorchidism.
    • Triorchidism is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the presence of three testicles.

    Implications:

    • Triorchidism should be considered in the differential diagnosis of intrascrotal masses, particularly in patients with other congenital genitourinary anomalies.
    • Awareness of this rare condition aids in accurate diagnosis and appropriate management of male genital tract abnormalities.
